April 1st
  • Tara's grandfather (Pat's father) died yesterday. If you would like to send condolences please email them to Brad.
  • Tara skated in the the Opening and Closing numbers, Tunnel Vision, and Kamen (Reaching for the Stars).
  • Tara is going to start skating to 'Dance With Me' soon. If she feels up to it she will do it in the show tonight.

    April 2nd

  • Surya Bonaly is also skating to 'Dance With Me' this season. From what I have heard it is not too good of a program, but I have not seen it yet myself. If you would like to watch it it will be on TNT on Tuesday, April 10th

  • Tara skated in the opening and closing numbers, Tunnel Vision, and Dance With Me, and Reaching for the Stars (Kamen) at Stars On Ice last night.
  • During Dance With Me Tara doubled a tripple salchow and touched down on a tripple toe.
  • Triumph On Ice is working with Maricle Match charity and is selling t-shirts to promote Tara's tour. If you would like ot buy one email Amanda. The shirts have the Maricle Match logo on the frong and a picture of Tara and the tour dates/locations on the back. Each shirt is $15. They are also accepting donations that will be given to the foundations President at the Toledo, Ohio Show. Please help Triumph On Ice to raise money for a worthy cause.

  • One of the stops in Tara's tour has been cancled...

    Unfortunatly, the show in St. Charles has been postponed. The event was put together in short period of time that our advance marketing efforts were some- what limited. Due to lack of ticket sales, we feel we must postpone the event in order to be fiscally responsible to the Foundation. We recognize that the ST. Louis region is an outstanding supporter of professional ice skating and hope to bring the event to The Family Arena in the Fall of 2001 or Spring of 2002. We know this will be a huge disappoint to skating fans. Ticket sales are so cruical to the success of all involved. Possibly, some fans maybe be interested in driving to another venue to watch the show..............

  • Kurt Browning did a live chat the other night and answered my question about Tara...

    During the tour you and Tara seem so close. What are your comments on her and your friendship?
    T.T... as I sometimes call her.. is a most interesting person. Full of youth and talent, yet she has lots to learn. Guess I feel like a big brother there. To tell you the truth, it just feels great to skate with her. I like carrying her across the ice.. I like skating and jumping beside her.. there is some kind of connection we have that is obvious to us, but I think obvious to the audience as well."

  • At the end of the Portland, Maine Stars On Ice show all the skaters said a line to Scott. Here are two reviews of what Tara said to Scott.

    Tara started to cry. "The reason I joined this tour was to work with you..."

    After Todd, he passed the microphone to Tara, who rather tearfully thanked Scott for the show and the opportunity to skate on it, and said that the reason she joined the show was because he was in it, and because of the opportunity to skate with him and that she'd really miss him and the show wouldn't be the same without him.

  • Tara and the rest of the MM cast will be doing a book signing at the Toledo Meijer on Wednesday, April 18. Tickets may be available at the book signing with a great ticket offer...buy 2, get one free.
  • After Tara's tour is over Triumph On Ice and Maricle Match will be auctioning off a demin jacket worn and signed by Tara.

  • On Thursday in Erie, Pennsylvania. She was doing a radio interview and other interviews for Miracle Match from 11:30 - 2:30. Tara and the rest of the skaters had practice from 3:00 - 9:00pm.

    April 22nd

  • Tara and the rest of the MM cast will be having an autograph/meet and greet session tomarrow at Meijer in Okemos, Michigan. Tara will be there from 3:30 to 5:00pm.
  • Becky is putting together a Birthday Book for Tara. If you would like to contribute a birthday message for her book click here.
  • I have finally added a Guestbook to this website. If you sign the guestbook you will recieve an online printable Tara poster as a Thank You.
  • In practice yesterday for the MM show in Toledo Tara's injury was causing her no pain.
  • In the Toledo show Tara skated to Dance With Me and Tiny Dancer. She singled a tripple toe loop in Dance With Me due to the ice being too short. The Toledo ice was fairly small. The skaters wore the costumes from What a Wonderful World for the finale.
  • After the Toledo show, Tara and Ilia signed autographs backstage for 30 minutes.

    April 23rd

  • At the autograph signing today Tara had some strawberrys to eat and some water to drink while she was signing autographs.

  • After the autograph signing Tara went to visit a hospital in the Okemos, Michigan area.
  • At the autgraph signing today Tara wore a black shirt with the words 'American Woman' on it, Nike shoes, and black pants. She had on purple eye shadow and red nail polish.
