In tonight's episode of 'Win Ben Stien's Money' the host made a commnt about Tara...
"It was so intense at the ice skating competition you could almost hear a Tara Lipinski drop."
...the comment was not made about her falling but it just made a good sentence.

The photo gallery is up and running again.

This summer I will be devoting all my spare time to working on the photo gallery and teh transcripts page.

Since I have gotten a couple of emails about this I am going to post the answer here. This layout was made for an 800 x 600 screen resolution. It will appear disorted in any other resolution. If I have time I will fix it later on but until then 800 x 600 is the way to go.

Did you know?... Tara is the Childhood Luekemia Foundations's National Spokesperson. She sponsers the foundation through Public Service Announcements on the radio to support public awareness of CLF's programs.

Flood Update: Although Sugar Land got over 11 inches of rain, Tara's family and home are fine :)

My friend Kasey is on a vaction in Houston this week. Yesterday she got skating lessons from Tara at the Galleria and is going to get more today. She is going to send me some pictures soon so be on the look out for them.

Yesterday at the Galleria Tara skated to Survivor, Dance With Me, and Tiny Dancer. She will practicing at the Galleria again today.

Tara will be out of town next week. I am not sure where she is going though.

*Tara gave about 5 people lessons on Friday
*She and her mom have ALMOST matching purses, they are tan leather.. kind of big...
*Tara was supposed to only work with me for 15 minutes on Friday and ended up giving me a 45 minute lesson (did I say that already?)
*Umm...Tara worked with me on toe loops, sals, spins, and other jumps
*Tara took the time to sign autographs for everyone that wanted one as long as it wasn't during a lesson
*She wore new balance tennis shoes, model 803s, they were gray and navy
*Not much more to say... Oh she wore diamond earings, just little squares

Yes you are looking at the old layout, or should I say, the new layout. I have had alot of problems with black layout. It only looks right in certian resolutions so I am going back to the old layout for now.

Here is a short review she wrote...

It's weird now... I don't see her as a major celeb when I'm with her... she's so down to earth and kind... and when I was in the lesson with her if people asked her for photos or autographs she would polietley tell them "I'm doing a lesson right now, but if you wait until I'm done I will." She is the coolest! She likes Crystal Light Strawberry Kiwi... she has had it both days. And she went to Taco Bell for lunch today! I know these are random facts but I don't have time to write a full out review at the moment... in fact it may be a while until I get back home in NC... She's an awesome coach!! Yesterday she wore black pants with a black Ralph Lauren tank top and a black capezio new york jacket. Today she wore black pants with a pink capezio sweater tank top and a blue 1998 Olympic Team USA jacket. She wore her gold and diamond cross necklace, a diamond and silver ring and her gold watch. She had her hair in a bun yesterday with black hair clips studded with red rhinestones and today had her hair in a french braid with the same clips. For all the TOI members that were talking about the Super Girl Shirt: I saw it in person today... it's really cool and YES it is from Joomi Joolz! Um when we got there today she was on the ice alone but waved to me and said hey. When I reserved lessons for next week she wrote my name (correctly) in her agenda book without me even having to remind her! That was cool!! Her skate bag is cool too! She has a silver rose keychain on one of the zippers and it has a patch that says 1998 US Olympic Team with her name embroidered in gold on it. Today I was only scheduled for a 15 minute lesson but she ended up giving mea 45 minute lesson!! She's SUPER nice!! I'll write more later! Email me with any messages for the book to give to her on monday!

June 17th

I have added a new section called Featured Video. Every month there will be a new video exclusive to this site. After the month is over a new video will be added and the old one will be deleted.

I changed the background to just white. Now this site can be viewed correctly in all resolutions.

Just a quick clear up... Yes I know there is a website with a new layout similar to mine. We have talked about it and I am working on a new layout for her. Please stop e-mailing me about this because I already know. :)

Tara will be taking a one week vacation to New York next week.

To all of you that requested videos - My program crashed on me this morning and has been giving me nothing but problems since I re-installed it. I am going to try and get my compressor working so I can make your videos in MPEG or AVI format. Until I can get this up and working all video making will be put to a hault.

Cammie has sent me a really nice autographed picture of Tara that she had signed at the Galleria yesterday.

Yesterday at the Galleria Tara wore black pants and her black SOI fleece sweater with a purple tank top. Erin was with Tara but Pat didn't come.

Kasey is still collecting messages to give to Tara tomarrow. If you would like to send one e-mail it to Kasey.

Tara did not go to Disney World for her birthday this year. She will be going sometime this summer.

I have re-opened the TV/Movie Video Captures section and added some new vid caps from when Tara was on 'The List'.

Sorry it's taken so long to get back! Yesterday was my last lesson because I couldn't get a ride today... But I gave Tara the messages along with a gift. We did a 45 minute yesterday... she wore black pant, a black tank top, and her green 98-99 SOI fleece. SHe had her hair in a pony tail with those same clips. Erin was there and one of the coolest things was erin cam down when Tara and I were talk by the boards and they started talking to each other in their TE language. It must have taken years and years of practice cause u couldn't understand a word they said. But, Tara was a real sweetie and she is going to call me if she is ever in the NC area... she told me next time I was in texas to get in touch with her and we would at least meet up if not do lessons. She signed another autograph for me that said To Kasey: It was great to work with you! and then her heart and signature.
BAD NEWS... when i thought my friend was taking all these pictures, it turns out she took like 13 from the past 3 lessons... i'm sooo mad... but I will send them to angie and ashley when i do get them developed!
She is only giving lessons at the Galleria. She leaves for New York tomorrow with Erin and I would imagine her mom. I think she will be there for at least 1 week if not 2. Then she will be doing some more lessons.
Another interesting thing... 2 days ago when I was scheduling my last lesson she had to flip through her phone/address book in her planner to get to the date book and as she did that I saw Rudy Galindo, Scott Hamilton, Kristi Yamaguchi, and some other skaters' addresses... all right there in front of me in her book! It was cool!

Someone has told me besides Lady Marmalade Tara's other favorite song is 'In My Pocket' by Mandy Moore. I do not know if this is true so I am not going to post it under favorites. You can hear a 30 second clip of the song here.
