You can read Noreen's SOI review here - part 1, part 2, part 3. (WARNING: Spoilers) Some info on Tara's 'Battle Hymn of the Republic' number and SOI last night..."She changed her costume since World Ice Challenge (she wore "a blue version of a mountie's uniform tunic,") The spotlights were lit in the shape of the American flag and Tara was the only skater of the night to get a standing ovation. A real American flag also came down onto the ice at the end of Tara's performance."

November 24th
I have added some captures from the Arete Awards.
Totally Tara Lipinski is back up and running. Check it out here. Tonight is the first SOI show in Lake Placid. TaraFans.com will have coverage from the Olympic Center soon after the show. At SOI rehersals on Tuesday Tara wore a navy black SOI fleece pullover and black pants. During part of the rehersals she had a microphone in her hand and was surrounded by the entire cast. I have added 253 captures from HHOI along with some captures from the local news in Columbus, Ohio and caps from the Hip Hop On Ice Commercial.
November 23rd
There is another Tara snowglobe now. Tara has tied back and in her 'Dreamcatcher' dress. She was in the attitude spiral. The song on the snowglobe is "Through The Eyes Of Love". This is either a second snowglobe that will be available or it will be replacing the other one. Don't forget to watch the Arete Awards tomarrow. Check your local listings for the time. Tara will not be skating at the tree lighting ceremony in Rockefeller Center (Christmas at Rockefeller Center) this year. This site has been nominated as the Site of The Year on Tara Lipinski: Golden American Woman. You can vote here. Will has made some screen captures of Tara from when she was on a commercial for the local Columbus, OH CBS station. She recorded them the same week she was there for the Passion for Fashion tour. Looks like Tara has been caring about firemen for a while... http://fvfd.homestead.com/News.html. I have scanned in an ad for the Hallmark snowglobes... IMO, Tara's looks the best out of the four.
November 19th
There are new HHOI photo's by John Haynes on TLO. Tara was in a question again on 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire?'. This time she was the answer. The question was "Who is the youngest person to win an individual gold medal at the winter Olympics?". The guy in the hot seat did not know the answer. Evgeni Plushenko thinks Tara is special ;) From IFS... "In early 1999, then 16-year-old Evgeni Plushenko told International Figure Skating, “Tara Lipinski was World Champion at 14 and won the Olympics at 15. She’s special. I’m just a regular person.”" Tara will not be competing in the Hallmark Skating Championships. You can read a message from Pat about it below...
"Tara was never involved in the Hallmark skating championships. She never had a contract, and when asked in April, she said NO. She was already heavily committed to other projects and since this was her first year after surgery, she didn't want to overdo it. When asked again in July, she and her coach both said no. IMG falsely advertised her without her knowledge or permission.
Earlier this week, I called Hallmark myself and told them that there was no contract, nor was Tara ever involved in this competition.
They understood. IMG later called us to apologize for advertising her."

Tara was mentioned in the latest Skating magazine in an article about The World Figure Skating Museum in Colorado Springs, Colorado... "...The exibit begins with Dick Button's costume and two gold medals from 1948 and 1952, continues with eight more gold medalists, and finishes with Tara Lipinski's blue, beaded dress, ice skates, soakers, and gold medal from 1998." (thanks to Tyler) Tara Lipinski UK has a cute new layout. Check it out! I have added some photo's from WIC (Ice Wars) by Debi Oreste.
John Haynes has all of his HHOI photo's up on his website. You can view them here. Tara and Pat drove to Lake Placid from New Jersey instead of flying because of everything that has happened. They are both in Lake Placid now and Tara is getting ready for SOI. At the World Ice Challenge Tara wore black leggings and a black top with a red stripe down the arms, and on the front said "FDNY" and on the back said "NYPD". She skated a tribute to the 9/11 tragedy. Nearly everyone was crying because it was so beautiful. She wore a flag-like scarf in her hair, but it fell out when she did her triple loop. Look you guys, I spend hours a day and sometimes even a little bit of money getting the exclusive and rare pictures for this site that I have. I am really really sick of people taking my pictures, especially when they copyright them to themselves. I am telling you all right now that if this continues to happen I will close my entire photo gallery down and there will no longer be any pictures of any kind on this site. I know this sounds harsh but I am fed up with this happening, especialy when it's other peoples things (that were sent to me) being taken.

I may be making a new layout, I am not 100% satisfied with this one. I have the design, but I need to know what you guys think. You can view a picture of the possible layout here. Please email me at lipinski82@aol.com and let me know which layout you like better... this one, or the one in the picture, (for those of you who cannot stand frames, that layout is made with a bunch of tables, no frames).
Tara and Pat are currently in Trenton, NJ where Tara is preparing for Divas On Ice. I have added two sets of HHOI photo's. The first gallery is by 'PictureTrail' and the second is by Kathy Bender.

November 9th
After a lot of thought I have decided to keep this site open for the time being. I am not saying it will stay open, but I will give it another try. Please don't try and guess why I may shut it down, because every one of your guesses will be wrong. There are a couple people that know the real reason, and they are the only ones that are going to know. Thanks for the sweet emails guys, they ment a lot :) Tara is mentioned on the 'Sable Unleashed Video'. They show clips of some of her famous WWF wrestling matches, one which she is against a wrester named Luna. The announcer says at the begining of the fight.. "Luna is no Tara Lipinski, let me tell you." Don't forget to watch Hip Hop On Ice this afternoon from 4:00 - 6:00 on NBC, CH-TV in Ontario. Tara's scores at Ice Wars were...Technical - 9.8, 9.7, 9.6, 9.5, 9.7, 9.7, 9.8

Tara will be featured in print advertising and in-store material for Kleenex. New layout! I hope you guys like it!! Let ,me know what you think by emailing me or signing the guestbook. All the sections should be up within the next week. Katie has made a special graphic for everyone, along with a mesage. Check it out here. Tara is the month of June in the new IFS calendar. Tara has updated her dairy on TLO. Tara's second SOI program will be to Shennandoah and Battle Hymn of the Republic with a drum cadence thrown into the peice as well. Tara is in the book called 'How To Reach Your Favorite Sports Star', book number four. I had found an HQ picture of Tara with an 8 year old named Sean Baily from Hip Hop On Ice. The picture is so big that I have sized it for both connection speeds - dial up 
cable.

The new HHOI commercial is now being aired. It was shown today during a repeat of World Pro's. Commercial overview:During the commercial they said 'Join Tara Lipinski, Kurt Browning, Aaron Carter and more for Tara Lipinski's Hip Hop on Ice'. They showed Tara's print signiture (picture), and clips from the show.

Tara was at the Fox Valley ice arena today taping a number for the Areta Awards. This site is nominated for a couple of the end of the year awards on Tara Lipinski: A Golden Journey. I am nominated for Friendliest Webmaster, Best Graphics, Best Layout, Most up-to-date, and Site Of The Year. You can vote here. Tara is currently at home. Tara is currently at home in Texas. She will be reading her message board sometime and may be making at least one small post. Tara plans to have her latest diary entry completed and sent to Brad no later than next week. She will probably be letting us all know what her new programs are.
