January 30
- On the 26th, the Reliant Arena in Houston hosted the first Olympic-style opening ceremony in the 38-year history of the Super Bowl. Tara attended a gathering in Los Angeles along with Carl Lewis to honor Houston's Olympic champions as part of the ceremony.
- A test on celebrities was conducted to determine their soul type. Apparently, Tara is a 2 - Awakens the connection between souls. You can read a list of all the celebrities who are a 2 here. - Ever wondered what Tara's manager, Richard Glasser, looks like? You can view a picture of him with the royal family here.
- Sports Illustrated: America Heroes is now available on cassette at Yahoo. The cassette features legendary athletes who have thrilled fans and made history in the 1900's, and Tara is featured as one of the athletes. (thanks to whoever if was that send me all this news!)

January 26
- There's some all new auctions at TaraLipinski.com. Be sure to check them out, here.
- Tara signed a "Peace and Love" tank top at the Beauty Buffet two days ago. The shirt is now up for auction on eBay. All procedes benefit the Race to Erase MS. Check out the auction, here. (thanks Ryan)

January 25
- There is a new diary entry up at TaraLipinski.com. Be sure to check it out! The Surly Girl purse she is talking about is the pink one she's holding in two of the Beauty Buffet pictures.
- Jessica is featured on the Generation Jets clip of the week on the show's website.
- Tara attended the The Silver Spoon Golden Globe Beauty Buffet yesterday. Fifteen pictures from the event have been added to the gallery.



January 24
- Tara now has a biography page on the Hollywood Squares wbesite. There is also a new picture of her, taken the last time she was there filming the new episodes. You can view the page here.
- Some additions to the pro pictures section of the gallery... Shopping Along Robertson Blvd, Eating Lunch At Cheesecake Factory, Shopping in LA, and 2003 Miscellaneous.
- Tara was featued in the December 2003 issue of Ice Skating magazine. A scan from the article has been added to the gallery.



January 20
- Tara was shown briefly during the ladies freeskate at the 2004 Nationals. Dick Button did a fluff peice on the 40 years of figure skating on ABC. They showed clips of Tara at the Olympics and said something like "And who could forget that shrieking I mean shocking win by Tara Lipinski at the 1998 Olympics?" They wnet on to talk about how Tara wasn't supposed to win but had the skate of her life and shocked the skating world, etc. (typed and sent in by Audrey)

January 18
- Yesterday on the "Goodlife TV" cable network "Superwomen On Ice" aired at 8:00 pm. The program wass described as "profiles and clips of Olympic skating medalists.", with Tara included. Check your local listings to see if it will be aired again in your area. (credit: Mark)

January 17
- Sorry for the lack of updates, but Tara news has been slow lately!
- Just to answer everyone's questions and e-mails, the site was down a but two day ago due to a server switch. I don't know if you can actually tell a difference, but the new server is twice as fast as the old one. For some reason, due to the switch, the message board is down. I'm working on getting it back up ASAP! :)

January 11
- Tara's in the latest got milk ad, which can be found in the cuopons section of today's newspaper. Tara's wearing a light purple shirt that has a little "Smuckers" emblem on the right side. She's holding a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a glass of milk, and, of course, has the famous milk mustache! (thanks to Anon, Jeanne, and Kristin)



January 9
- Tara is mentioned in the currenet issue of TV guide. Scott Hamilton said there hasn't been any new, exciting, faces in skating since Tara and Todd Eldridge in 1998. (thanks to Otter)
- Tara attended De Beers & Hollywood Life Celebrate Lions Gate Films' Golden Globe Award Nominations yesterday. She has not worn her hair straight to an event since May.



January 4
- On the E! News fashion report, Melissa Rivers put Tara on her worst dressed list for her outfit she wore to the Teen Choice Awards. Melissa said Tara needed to put more clothes on and be a bit classier.
- Tara appeared on "On The Record" last night. Tara and a few other athletes were on discussing highlights and scandles in the world of professional sports. You can read more here.

January 2
