Host: Please welcome former Teen Choice Award winner and Olympic skating gold medalist, Tara Lipinski

(audience applauds)

Tara: (waves to audience) These three kids hanging out with me, Lea, Corey, and Katie, are here because of Make A Wish Foundation.

(audience applauds)

Tara: (claps) I've been very fortunate to win many medals and be called a champion, but these guys are true champions in life. (claps)

(audience applauds)

Tara: Their wish was to be presenters at the Teen Choice Awards and we're happy to grant it. So take it away guys.

We're thrilled to be here to present the next musical performer.

Corey: She's the 2003 Teen Choice Female Artist.

And she's performing her new single, 'Low'. Here's...

Tara, Cory, Lea, and Katie: Kelly Clarkson!

(Kelly performs)

Tara: Come on over Kelly and get your surfboard!

Kelly: (walks quickly over to get her surf board., then turns around to walk off stage) (to Tara) Hi!

Tara: (turns Kelly around so she can say something)

Kelly: Oh, oh, hi, ok! Um, I just want to say thank you. Thank you guys for coming in and doing this for me. That was really special, thank you. This is my first award to actually kind of win so it makes it all the more special. Thank you so much. Ummm... I wanna thank ya'll! Woohoo! And um, (laughs), I wanna thank my mamma and my daddy, and my stepfather for raising me and um, yea, and always telling me I could do it, so,. Thank you everybody who voted for me on American Idol and thank you American Idol so.. BYE!
