Rosie: Cutest Olympic gold medalist and I asked her to stop by to tell us about her TV special and bring something for Ebay and she did. You know her and you love her, Tara Lipinski.

(Tara walks on)

Rosie: Hi Tara!

Tara: I brought you these for Ebay (places skates on Rosie's desk)

Rosie: That is so nice.

Tara: Cause I heard they were doing so well.

Rosie: You brought these for Ebay?

Tara: Yep

Rosie: You gotta sign them, Tara.

Tara: I will.

< Rosie: Alright you'll sign them at the commerical break.

Tara: Ok.

Rosie: How are you?

Tara: I'm doing well.

Rosie: How's life since you turned pro?

Tara: Wonderful. I love it.

Rosie: Is it a lot less stress for you?

Tara: Very much so. Even on the ice and off the ice. I'm really happy I get to do things that I've never done before too.

Rosie:And you get to see your family more, right?

Tara: Yea. My mom's home with my dad all the time now and that makes me happy too.

Rosie: Right. That's a good thing. I was very happy for you. When you get the gold medal, frankly aren't you done?

Tara: Yeah, you could do it again, but I mean..

Rosie: But why? So much stress. It's like taking the SAT's twice. Why would you do that? You got the perfect 1600. You got into any college you want. Now you're doing a TV special?

Tara: Yes it airs tonight. I'm so excited.

Rosie: You know how I know about this?

Tara: (whispers) What?

Rosie: My nieces, Katie and Julieanne, who adore you, called me up when it was first announced a month ago and said "You have to get Tara Lipinski on. Get Tara Lipinski on. Get Tara Lipinski on. She's doing a special. Tara Lipinski is doing a special. Tara Lipinski Tara Lipinski." So Katie and Julieanne, Tara Lipinski! Tara Lipinski! Tara Lipinski!

Tara: (waves) Hi!

Rosie: So what's so special about tonight?

Tara: Well it's like a variety of things. Things I've never done. I play 5 of the Spice Girls.

Rosie: Really?

Tara: Yes. And I do a dedication to my mom that I've always wanted to do.

Rosie: Wait you play 5 of the Spice Girls on stage?

Tara: Yeah. I have the wigs, the outfit.

Rosie: Do you have Ginger?

Tara: For awhile.

Rosie: Than does she skate off or something?

Tara: Yeah you'll see

Rosie: Oh really that could be funny.

Tara: And also a dedication to my mom, "Wind Beneath My Wings"

Rosie: Aww

Tara: And so that's really special.

Rosie: Cause she really is. Isn't she?

Tara: She really is. She's my everything in life.

Rosie: Cause know that Tara's mom drove her at three in the morning to practice every day.

Tara: She didn't even skate.

Rosie: No she took a pillow and blanket and slept in the car right?

Tara: Yeah.

Rosie: You know thats the kind of story American heroes you know Olympic Gold Medalists with all the support of her mom? When's it on?

Tara: Tonight at eight o'clock.

Rosie: And what network?

Tara: CBS

Rosie: And who else is on it with you?

Tara: Scott Hamilton.

Rosie: Who I love.

Tara: And Kurt Browning.

Rosie: Kurt Browning...

Tara: Yes, I do a duet with him.

Rosie: What do you do you?

Tara: Malaguena.

Rosie: Never heard of it. What is it?

Tara: You'll like it.

Rosie: Malaguena? Is it a ballet or something?

Tara: No it's kinda (does a lil salsa move with shoulders)

Rosie: Salsa-eh?

Tara: Yeah.

Rosie: Does that mean salsaeh?(does a lil salsa move with her shoulders like Tara)

Tara: (laughs) I guess

Rosie: You and I would be good at charades. Salsa? (shakes shoulders) Malaguena? (shakes shoulders)

Rosie: Alright well listen sign these for me. I'm delighted that you stopped by. I'm so happy. What grade are you in now?

Tara: I'm a junior.

Rosie: You're a junior in highschool. Where do you want to go to college? Any idea?

< Tara: I don't know yet. But I'm definately going. That's a must.

Rosie: How are your grades?

Tara: My grades are good. I have to have good grades.

Rosie: Well how high?

Tara: I get A's.

Rosie: You get all A's?

Tara: Yes all A's.

Rosie: What did I expect from the Olympic gold medalist? Tara Lipinski. Watch her tonight on CBS.

Tara: (waves goodbye)
